Tattoo Appointment Form
Zu does not work out of the studio Monday - Wednesday.
Zu only does consultations 0n Saturday and Sundays between 11am - 12pm.
Zu works based on an hourly rate of $150/hr for single session appointments. If your tattoo requires two or more sessions your daily rate is capped at $750 with the exception of Zu's flash pieces which are capped at a $500 daily rate.
Zu no longer books smaller pieces and will redirect you to her apprentice for booking simple/smaller tattoos.
You are still welcome to submit an appointment form however understand that Zu may refer you if she does not feel it is within her range of work.

You will be required to send a non-refundable deposit to book your appointment.
Zu works from a private studio in Manotick, no walk-ins are accepted therefor location will be provided to you upon booking.
